Returns and Refunds Policy and Procedures



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of your item(s) purchase price (less the original shipping fees).

  1. Returns are accepted 30 days from the original date of purchase. To request a return/refund within 30 days, please send an email to
    1. Opening a package to verify contents, size, or condition does not disallow a return. If you receive a product that is damaged, we ask that you take a photo image of the product (as you received it), and attach or include the image along with your request for refund.
    2. Please also include in your email your order number (received at the time of your purchase via email) within your email request for refund.
    3. Once we receive your return item(s), a member of our team will email you with instructions, along with a shipping label to use for the return of your item(s). 
  2. We will pay for the return shipping fees. However, we will not refund the original shipping fees. The refund you receive will be for the original price of each item (plus taxes) you purchased, less the shipping fees you paid at the time of purchase. 
  3. Attach the shipping label emailed to you in our Return/Receipt confirmation email from Customer Service.
  4. Only items that have been purchased directly from can be returned to 7even Pillars products purchased through other retailers (such as Amazon) must be returned in accordance with the return and refund policy of the platform by which they were purchased.
  5. Refunds for returned products are processed within approximately (7 to 10) business days after the item(s) are received by our Customer Service team.
  6. Once a refund is issued, funds can take up to 5-7 business days to process, or show up on your credit/debit card (original payment method) statement.
